Week-in-Review #7
This week, I am practicing....self-sufficiency

Before we get to the Week-in-Review, I wanted to share a story that relates perfectly to our meditation after Qigong class on Tuesday (you can listen to it HERE).
On my morning walk, I visited my favorite area which is flanked by two massive trees just starting to bloom (I call them the "hugging trees" because they look like they are embracing each other). I was admiring the stunning shade of green the bare branches produce for a very short period of time once a year (#Spring green). Just as I was about to step onto the grass from the sidewalk, I looked down and noticed something. I saw a clover! I immediately thought about the fields of clovers I talked about during meditation. I bent to look more closely and then I noticed that most of the field was covered in these clovers! I was speechless. I hadn't seen these here before. The last time I visited this spot was only two days ago.
How could that be?






I finally realized that the Universe shows up to meet us when we are on the same vibrational wavelength.
I was feeling very connected to the visualizing we did the other day, plus I was high off a win at Monopoly the previous night because I'd never won before (#underdog). So, I felt my "luck" was changing for the better. And this was physical proof that it was!
I was fully embracing the moment so I became even more aware of the abundance and the miracles all around me. Because isn't that what luck is?
To be fortunate enough to realize just how awesome your life already is.
Now, back to our regularly scheduled program...
1. AFFIRMATIONS:

Take a moment to decide their meaning for you.
You can even use them as journal prompts.
This week, I am practicing SELF-SUFFICIENCY.
MONDAY:
Just for today, I am deciding to let my creativity flow.
TUESDAY:
Just for today, I am deciding to be gentle with my Self.
WEDNESDAY:
Just for today, I am deciding to allow myself to attract abundance.
THURSDAY:
Just for today, I am deciding to expect the best.
FRIDAY:
Just for today, I am deciding to pat myself on the back.
2. WEEKEND BABY STEPS:
Maintain consistent routines to form new habits.
Keep track of your progress.
Celebrate how far you've come - do this each week...don't wait until the end!
SATURDAY:
Review & Reflect...
What did I do very well this week? What made me feel most proud of myself?
Am I still moving toward my 60-day goal? If not, what can I do to get back on track?
Baby Step:
Just for today, GET YOUR MONEY GOALS IN ORDER. Make a budget and create a Bucket List to save for.
SUNDAY:
Plan & Prep...
What's ONE thing I can plan to do to make next week successful?
What's ONE thing I can do to prepare ahead so I don't feel rushed?
Baby Step:
Just for today, START YOUR OWN POT OF GOLD. Remember those red envelopes from Chinese New Year?
Here's your chance to find out what to do with what's inside (Refresh your memory HERE):
Remove the penny from the envelope.
Give thanks for the wealth you have right now as well as the wealth on its way to you (see sample mantra below).
Place the penny in an empty jar and ADD one more penny to it each day of the year.
Label the jar as something you wish to save for (it's not about saving for something that will only cost you 366 pennies...it's about creating an abundance mindset to begin saving each day toward something you want to accomplish).
Feel free to add larger amounts to the jar as well.
Then watch as your money piles up AND your awesome new abundance mindset attracts magical manifestations!
Be sure to repeat your gratitude mantra with each amount you deposit: "I am so thankful for the abundance of wealth I've been given and the abundance of wealth on its way to me so I can fully enjoy my very rich life!"
3. TOOLS:
Use these additional tools to keep you motivated.
Keep a list of what inspires you: fave music, affirmations, success stories, quotes.
Begin each day anew without dragging the past into it or forcing the future onto it :)
