What did I do very well this week? What made me feel most proud of myself?
Am I still moving toward my 60-day goal? If not, what can I do to get back on track?
Baby Step:
Just for today, COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS
Write them down and keep them visible - hang them up, put them in your phone, add them to your calendar.
SUNDAY:
Plan & Prep...
What's ONE thing I can plan to do to make next week successful?
What's ONE thing I can do to prepare ahead so I don't feel rushed?
Baby Step:
Just for today, COUNT YOUR FORTUNE
As most of you know, we've been celebrating Chinese New Year this week. Traditionally, red envelopes are given as gifts to wish a person luck and prosperity in the coming year. In my red envelopes, I place a Chinese coin and a penny.
The coin is for luck and can be removed from the envelope when Chinese New Year ends on February 24.
The penny shall remain in the envelope until the end of this series, on March 17, when I will explain what we're going to do with it. Feel free to make your own at home. Don't have a red envelope? Use a white one and grab a crayon to color it in!
The point of this Baby Step is to embrace yet another new way of looking at how fortunate you really are :)
3. TOOLS:
Use these additional tools to keep you motivated.
Keep a list of what inspires you: fave music, affirmations, success stories, quotes.
Begin each day anew without dragging the past into it or forcing the future onto it :)
I would love to hear your success story! Share it HERE.
