I'm Deb and my intention is to introduce you to a new way of taking care of yourself through a consistent Qigong practice.

What IS Qigong?

Well, my version is this...

Together, we'll breathe deeply, move mindfully, think clearly and speak kindly to ourselves as we connect blissfully to the Divine source within us all. You'll soon realize that consistent practice will enable you to begin the journey of self-care, self-awareness and self-love.
