We have a terrible habit of tricking ourselves into thinking thoughts that are simply not true. STOP THAT!

Or, we can treat ourselves better and see how amazing our lives can become.

But, if we want to reach our goals, we can’t have both. I’ve already made my choice. Which do you choose?

What’ll it be? Trick or Treat?

TRICK: Why does this always happen to me?

TREAT: Sometimes this happens, so I know I’ll be okay.

TRICK: I didn’t get it, so I’m not meant to have it.

TREAT: I didn’t get it, but I bet there’s something even better on its way.

TRICK: I must not be worthy of it.

TREAT: I know I’m worthy so this must not be the right fit.
