Baby Step 43 to Fall into Better Habits

Hello? What will you say when you’re on the other side?

What will be the accomplishment you’re telling others about? What will be the obstacles you’ve overcome? What will you have let go of? What will you have gained? How fulfilled will this make you feel?

The only way to answer those questions on December 31st is to first answer this one now:

How hard have I really tried?

Am I giving this my all? Am I embracing this opportunity to become a better version of myself or am I just settling?

Am I actively participating in my life or am I just showing up?

Or, will this become one more item on a long list of regrets?

Today’s Baby Step may help you decide…

Repeat after me (try lightly tapping near your heart while saying this to really emphasize the point):

“I’m over it! I’m over the way things used to be. I’m over the ridiculous stuff I used to believe about myself. I’m over needing to examine everything I’ve done in the past. I’m over having regrets. I’m over the pain. I’m over whatever stops me from moving forward. Because I truly believe I am worth the effort to get to the other side. And, long before I get to that point, I’m deciding today is a great time to believe I AM AWESOME!”
