Divine timing is real

It's crazy how a year's time can change everything. I think we tend to get so caught up in our everyday living, that we don't have a chance to notice what is changing around us until it's already been changed for some time. You start to see why certain things had to go a

certain way. You notice that experience has molded you into the exact person you need to be.

Perspective really begins to change with wisdom. I remember so many times being in a situation just thinking "Why me?" Or, "Why am I having to go through this?!" Months, sometimes years later, and suddenly, without even realizing when or where it happened, you're walking on the path you never thought you would reach. It's really flabbergasting just how fast life can switch if you're open to the possibility of change. Our comfort zones may be cozy, but is cozy the only feeling we want to experience?

I know for me, I want my fear of complacency to be bigger than my fear of failure.

I want to keep going down different paths and taking the long way. I want to keep outgrowing myself with each year that passes. I want to be able to walk away from old habits and cycles that don't serve my energy.

The biggest lesson that I've learned in my 32 years of living is that our way will never be the right way. We want things that we can't handle. We ask for things that we can't maintain. Only the Universe will grant us these things when we're ready.

So don't fear what you don't have today, for tomorrow is a new day with new opportunities.

Divine timing is real. While you're hurting over the "no's" you keep getting, the Universe is giving you a bigger "yes" than you can imagine behind the scenes. You'll get there. Speed doesn't matter, just persistence.
