What’s your Soul purpose?

It’s not as hard to figure out as you might think.

Get some insight with the super simple, purpose-pumping formula I’ve put together in today’s Baby Step.

THE CHAKRA

Your Solar Plexus is known as the sun center. Similarly, your purpose works the same way.

Your purpose is like the sun…everything should revolve around it.

Your purpose shines light on everything you do.

Your purpose warms you inside.

Your purpose lights you up.

Your purpose contributes to your well-being.

Your purpose radiates as the Divine within you.

Your purpose remains enduring – in one form or another throughout your lifetime.

4 E'S METHOD - PART FOUR

ENDURING

First, ask yourself this:

• What does enduring mean to me?

Next, realize this:

(Here are a few hints.)

• Do I believe it’s eternal?

• Do I treasure it?

• Do I appreciate it?

• Do I connect it to my purpose?

And when you choose for something in your life to be enduring it’s because you find it easy to cherish, effortless to maintain and enjoyable to do.

And that, my peeps, is the true purpose of Life…to linger in the moments we treasure most.

BABY STEP

What is your sole/Soul purpose? Only you know. But here's a good prompt to ponder (#journal junkie):

What lights me up?

Then follow those sunny beams of happiness and there lies your purpose. Hint: it's never as grand as we make it out to be.

We somehow think – or have been told – our purpose has to be something major or impressive or noteworthy. But, for me, it's all the little things (#precious moments). These are the times when I naturally radiate from within. And, since it’s enduring, this can happen in any situation.

Because as soon as I recall one of those precious moments, my body tingles, my heart sings, my mind feeds me more happy memories and my Soul lights up like a Christmas tree.

A few enduring examples for me…enjoying special times with my family, cuddling a baby (or a puppy!), baking Christmas cookies for my loved ones, feeling a cool breeze on my skin, experiencing the sights and scents of Autumn, walking amongst the trees, sipping on my morning chai, watching a magnificent Florida sunset, tuning in to my Divine guidance.

So there you go. It’s pretty obvious, isn’t it? Especially for my Qigongers who have heard me say this countless times…

Your purpose is LOVE…endless, eternal, enduring.

Give it.

Get it.

Grow it.

And when you remember that every time you radiate love, more and more and more love flows back to you. Then you, too, will live happily ever after.

CHAKRA CLEARING

I CLEAR MY SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA – at the level of my SPIRIT – because I know everything I love is enduring and already within me. And so it is :)
