“We’ve got spirit, how ‘bout you?”

THE CHAKRA

Our HEART Chakra has lots of Spirit.

If we want this life to be filled with a sense of joy, our chakras can guide us in all our interactions.

Let’s open up to that Heart-Spirit connection to allow more in…

  • More play

  • More adventure

  • More laughter

  • More abundance

  • More of what makes life so much dang fun

And that sense of enjoyment oozes from our pores, which in turn, attracts even more awesome experiences right back to us.

BABY STEP

So, I’ll ask you again. Have you got Spirit? You bet you do!

Because no matter who is showing up (or not showing up) in your outer world, you have 24/7 access to the powerful Being of your inner world. In other words…

You are your own cheerleader!

Yup. If you can work yourself into a tizzy when you’re upset, then you can most definitely work yourself into a game-winning frenzy to get yourself out.

Here are a few lively suggestions to be of good cheer and get yourself right back in the game:

  • Crank up a heart-pounding playlist and dance. Get footloose like Kevin Bacon!

  • Sing along with the radio in the car. Who says you can’t be the next American Idol?

  • Attend a local sporting event and cheer to your heart’s content. Bring your spirit with you :)

  • Do some laps in the pool. Be sure to bow when you emerge from the water feeling like you’ve just been awarded the gold medal.

  • Step outside and drink in the beauty Mother Nature has to offer. The Earth puts on a unique display for every season.

  • Watch any video of my fave aerobic-loving cheerleader, Richard Simmons. Five minutes in and he’ll have you feeling like a rock star.

Give yourself encouraging pep talks and pat yourself on the back.

CHAKRA CLEARING

I CLEAR MY HEART CHAKRA – at the level of my SPIRIT – so I can be playful, I can be fun-loving, I can be spirited, I can be of good cheer. And, I can be my joyful self because that is what feels best for me. And so it is :)
