We all need something to hold onto. ALL of us. Here's why...
My kids absolutely ADORED the annual toy catalogue from Toys 'R Us. Remember that thing? It was the holy grail of Christmas anticipation. There wasn't a clean page in the entire magazine. Every day, my kids flipped through those glossy pages and turned to their favorites again and again.
By the time Christmas arrived, those images were imprinted on their brains!
Check out today’s Baby Step so you can do the same.

Having a physical item you can see and hold is crucial because our brains lose enthusiasm fairly quickly!
We need to imprint those dreams and desires daily.
Here's my easy Baby Step to help you get just as excited as a Toys ‘R Us kid at Christmastime:
If you're looking forward to seeing someone, keep a picture of them around the house.
If it's something new you'll be purchasing, cut out a photo from a magazine or brochure (the big person's version of the Toys 'R Us book!) and leave it by your bedside.
If you're planning a trip, put up pics of your destination on your fridge.
If you're ready to make a life change, create a vision board for all you'd like to accomplish.
If you're working on a new habit, keep reminders around about what your goal is (#index card).
Now, go find your item and start priming your brain to manifest!!!
