St. Patrick's Day Meditation

This meditation is timeless. May it be of benefit to you no matter when you watch it. It's all about the VIBE, not the timing.

Since it’s almost St. Patrick’s Day, let’s talk about luck.

To me, luck is something we create because we are Divinely aligned enough to:

• know what we want

• believe we can have it

• make room for it to show up in our lives

• send out the highest vibes

• take Divinely-inspired action

• allow the Universe to deliver it to us in the most delightful way

Right now, find a quiet place to relax where you can be free from responsibility and remain undisturbed for our time together.

So, we began the evening talking about luck and using a chance to change and to be able to tweak and adjust our mindset so that we can step into the ideal version of ourselves.

So if you're willing, and if you're able, let's get comfortable in our seats and close your eyes. We'll be using our mind’s eye and I want you to take a nice deep breath in. Now, as you exhale, just drop your shoulders down. And as you do, I want you to imagine that you're outdoors. You're in nature. It's the perfect temperature. It's absolutely beautiful where you are.

It's absolutely stunning because everywhere you look, all you see is a vibrant green color. It’s that special green that only comes during Springtime.

And as you sit here in a field, you are surrounded by these four-leaf clovers. And your mind reminds you that all of these are symbols of luck. That it has always been said if you find a four-leaf clover, you will have luck. And you look around and you notice that there are endless four-leaf clovers, endless amounts, endless opportunities to enjoy luck. And you realize…you remember that luck is not random. That luck is not reserved for special people.

That luck is available to you because you are creating it.

You are creating opportunities. You are creating the beauty and the love and the joy and the harmony and the prosperity in your life. On your own…with help from Divine guidance, not some unforeseen circumstances, but deliberately creating this beautiful life. You realize setbacks will happen. That there will be challenges that show up in your life. That things will not always go according to the way you plan. But you remember: That's okay. You remember to embrace those experiences because now this little tweak of your mindset that you had during Qigong class. This little tweak reminds you that all of those are experiences. They are opportunities showing up, inviting you to become an even better version of yourself. They are inviting you to evolve. To change. To transform yourself - the way you think, the way you feel, the way you act, and everything that you believe.

It is an invitation to know better and do better and become better.

And now that you know that. Now that you have embraced this new way of seeing things. Now that you believe that everything is working in your favor, you no longer worry that things are working against you. Or that you somehow have bad karma. Or that you did something wrong. In fact, every time the setback shows up, you have to realize you're doing something right. Because it is something you've never done before. Of course there will be a setback! You don't know everything you need to know right now. It's within you…the potential always exists. Then you just open your mind to learning something new. To observing something in a new way. To being a different, newer, improved version of yourself. And that is the miracle of your life. That you can do those things, you're able to do those things.

So, every time there's a setback in your life, get excited about it because you know you're on the brink of something amazing showing up in your life.

Just a little bit further, just a little bit more, just a little bit of effort. Whatever it takes to move you to the next level with grace, with ease, with gratitude. It doesn't have to be hard. It doesn't have to be forced. Because as you sit there and you run your fingers through the soft little flowers - through all those four leaf clovers - you feel the energy of Mother Earth coming up through your fingertips and moving up your arms and going throughout your entire body. Giving you energy. Giving you the mindset that you need. Giving you clarity when moving forward. Reminding you that you can do this. That amazing things are possible. That the sun will rise every morning. That you will be here another day to do another amazing accomplishment. Knowing that you are a vital part of this Universe. That without your contribution, nothing would be the same. That you are a creative being and you are here to create the life of your dreams.

And as you feel this energy pulsating through your veins, you see in your mind's eye that this light is just moving within you. And it is laced with gold…liquid gold just moving through you, reminding you that you are abundant and prosperous. And that with this energy moving through you, you are rich. You are rich in ideas. You are rich in creativity. You are rich in relationships. You are rich in experiences. You are rich in talent. You are rich in the most wonderful relationships. And, you are rich in every way possible. Because riches keep showing up for you.

Because this world is abundant.

And Mother Earth allows Mother Nature to express that to you every day. Through the flowers and the trees. In the sky and the clouds. And the blades of grass and the beauty all around you. Always sending you the message that you are loved. That you are protected and that you are Divinely guided. Knowing that you belong. That you matter. That everything you do contributes to the good of all beings. Feeling this amazing energy pulsating through you, and taking one last look at that vast sea of green - the endless possibilities that are available to you - some that your mind cannot even fathom. And the moment you surrender, the moment you let go and open your mind, is the moment that these things will come flooding to you effortlessly. The Universe will just pop it right into your existence, and you'll wonder how it even showed up. So knowing this, feeling this, seeing this abundance that is already in existence, and all you need to do is pluck one little clover at a time and manifest all the magic. And the beauty of it is that another will grow in its place.

So you literally have endless opportunities.

Some may have passed, that's true. But new ones are always available to you. Because you are rich with opportunities. Knowing this, you feel yourself coming back to this moment. Feeling yourself seated on this chair, you take a deep breath in. As you exhale, you feel yourself becoming one. You feel yourself coming back into your body. You feel everything start to settle in and settle down. You feel that your mind has been opened up, so that it can never go back to the closed off and stuck feeling you had before. You are open to all possibilities.

You feel your feet planted on Mother Earth. You feel safe and secure and connected. You wiggle your fingers and your toes. Feeling this energy pulsating through you, knowing that anything is possible. You take another deep breath in and as you exhale, commit to yourself that you are going to remain open-minded. You are going to embrace the opportunities as they come, even when they show up with setbacks. Knowing that you are committed to living the life of your dreams, because that is what I wish for you: a very, very rich life. And, that you have a most magical week.
