  • Today's Baby Step: Make a list of your most awesome accomplishments and keep it on your phone to review often.

TUESDAY:

I am always FREE to enjoy myself.

  • Today's Baby Step: Do something today exclusively for YOU.

WEDNESDAY:

I am always FREE to be deliriously happy.

  • Today's Baby Step: When someone asks how you are, say this with a genuine smile: "Awesome!"

THURSDAY:

I am always FREE to receive.

  • Today's Baby Step: When someone offers you a gift or assistance, smile and say thank you.

FRIDAY:

I am always FREE to joyfully live the life I CHOOSE.

  • Today's Baby Step: Choose to be happy today for no specific reason.
