Raise your vibe INSTANTLY by doing this…It’s easy. It’s free. It’s quick. It’s awesome!

And, it’s been proven time and time again to work. In fact, I proved it during a Qigong class.

For most of my peeps, the guided meditation at the end of class is their favorite part. It’s a lovely way to bask in the revitalizing energy we’ve cultivated and enjoy a moment of quiet reflection. One night, however, there was a true practice in testing one’s ability to remain inner focused despite outer circumstances. Well, the Universe showed up big time to help with that lesson! LOL (literally LOL)

Have a laugh along with us HERE from that night's meditation and be sure to listen for the extremely extended version of the Jeopardy theme, a toddler tantrum outside our door and a fire truck siren that sounded like it was in the room with us. Then listen to the end for our after-class laugh fest. All in all, it was a wonderful way to remind us that laughter has the unique ability to uplift us in an instant.

Because, my peeps, if we can’t laugh at ourselves, then surely we will go insane. To help prevent that, laugh more often. Laugh deeply. Laugh until your belly hurts. Laugh until you cry.
