FYI: This meditation was recorded at a live Qigong event in a public space, which is the perfect opportunity to practice inner mindfulness despite outer distractions.

Whether or not we're in Mercury Retrograde, it's nice to have a little tool you can use to help you through a rough patch. And my ITAP Method may be just the one. Not only will it help you to calm down, but the technique will also help to shift your mindset when practiced consistently.

For example, if we believe the Universe is in disarray, then we'll start seeing everything going wrong all around us. But, if we actively choose to see that all is well and getting better all the time, then we will notice the progress in the world and in ourselves.

Let's tap together and put some positive words into our brains. Doing so before bed will help with happier dreams, plus you'll be more likely to wake up feeling refreshed, energized and eager to begin a new day!

Right now, we're in something called Mercury Retrograde. Now, whether or not you believe in astrological signs or anything psychic-related, this is very real stuff. These are the kind of times during the year when your electronics go a little wonky. Your car may be acting up. And especially right now, during this period, there's supposed to be some very, very heavy conflict during periods of communication.

So, I just wanted to make you aware of it. I'm not here to promote this or not promote this. I'm here to just give you a heads up. If you're having a little bit of a struggle right now in your relationships or with things that are going wrong in your life right now, or what seems to be going a little bit off track, or if there are, let's say contracts or agreements that are not going the way you want, this may be due to it.

With all that being said, whether it's Mercury Retrograde or any other stress or anxiety that's going on in your life, the best way I have found to handle it is to just tap.

So, when you're having these moments when things seem to be going the exact opposite, do this instead:

Just take a deep breath in. And exhale very slowly. Tap on your heart and tell yourself this:

I'm OK. I can handle this. This too shall pass. I got this. Whatever I don't currently know, I'm willing to learn. I can handle anything. I am capable and able. I know everything always works out. Everything happens with perfect timing. I align myself with Divine Source energy. No matter what's going on around me, I choose to remain calm. No matter what's going on around me, I choose to feel confident. No matter what's going on around me, I choose to make wise decisions. I choose to have clarity in all I do. I choose to know that all is well in the Universe. I choose to believe all is well with me.

Tap the top of your head and as I always do, I bring in a force higher and more powerful than myself and I say, "Thank you, God."

Take a deep breath. Exhale slowly. And no matter what's going on, we'll get through it. All is well, just remember that.
