THE CHAKRA

The THROAT CHAKRA is famous for communicating. But, a little known fact is that it’s also the place where your truth lives.

• The truth about your beliefs

• The truth about your thoughts

• The truth about your emotions

• The truth about your life and everyone in it

And your truth is unique to you and your experiences…on the surface. But, if you sink a little deeper, you will find that your Spirit has something to say about that.

BABY STEP

So what does your Spirit know about the truth? Everything. All you need do is take a moment to listen to what it has to say.

Your Spirit knows the one and only truth is this:

All things are based in love – only love.

And when we decide to align our body, mind and heart with that belief, then the Universe will open up and deliver to us the most unbelievable experiences.

And, speaking of love, here’s a BONUS Baby Step that will improve your relationships significantly…

The next time you are in a conversation, listen to what the other person is saying.

Many times, we are so busy in our brains conjuring up the perfect response that we neglect to actually hear the words and the tone and the message being given to us by the other person – especially if it’s during an argument. Double especially if we’re arguing with someone we love.

So...

• Put your brain on pause

• Open up your heart

• Align with your Spirit

Then watch how amazing all your connections will be.

CHAKRA CLEARING

I CLEAR MY THROAT CHAKRA – at the level of my SPIRIT – so I can easily tune in to hear the Divine guidance being offered to me at all times. And, I will use that wisdom to show respect to others as I listen to them with nothing but love in my heart. And so it is :)
