“Later never comes.” But why does later never come?
Because there is none. Technically speaking, “later” is merely a continual version of “now.”
Allow me to explain how time works using the taffy-like candy called Now and Later (#appropriate).

The premise of the candy is to enjoy some now and then enjoy some later. But, it’s the same candy you’re enjoying whether it’s now or later. Savvy?
Your life works the same way. What you’re enjoying (or not enjoying at all) right now is the same set of circumstances you’ll be enjoying (or regretting) later. Does the quote make sense now?
Don’t freak out. I promised you an explanation AND this Baby Step solution.
BABY STEP
Here’s a 2-step process to begin practicing right now (see what I did right there?).
STEP ONE - Predict problems for later.
Problems will come, they always do...Don't act surprised. Life is messy.
Anticipate things going wonky...Especially when Mercury Retrograde rolls around.
When things are going wonky, give thanks for the lessons...There is always something new to learn.
STEP TWO - Practice preventive measures.
As with your physical health, your emotional health begins with prevention as the best policy...Read your DDD affirmations.
Anticipate things going well...Isn't that better than the alternative (#worry)?
When things are going well, give thanks for the blessings...Gratitude is the pathway to happiness.
Then, ask yourself this:
Do I really want my current now to continue to become my later?
If you do, then vaya con Dios.
If you don’t, then take that first Baby Step NOW.
