If you give the advice then you better take it yourself

It’s been said that if you give the advice, then you better take it yourself. Well, I can talk and talk and talk all day about how I’m going to do things. And, since I teach about embracing change and taking chances and empowering yourself and infusing your decisions with Divine fairy dust, then I must ultimately

PRACTICE WHAT I PREACH!

And right now, I feel it’s time for me to move forward into something new, even though I must let go something very meaningful to me. Today’s Baby Step will give you more details.

BABY STEP

Ironically (or is it just the Universe sending me confirmation?), while I am writing this on the patio outside my fave Starbucks on a beautiful morning, I hear Tom Petty in the background and he’s singing to me:

“It's time to move on, it's time to get going.

What lies ahead, I have no way of knowing.

But under my feet, baby, grass is growing.

It's time to move on, time to get going.”

So, onward I must go. I must do the things I repeatedly encourage you to do in all the emails and all the blog posts and all the meditations I send you. Will you join me in my first Baby Step toward this new goal?

Hello, my awesome peeps!

I am in the midst of a huge transition in my life right now. And, since there’s no easy way to say this, here goes…

The last day to attend my live Qigong class at the library will be Tuesday, July 30, 2024. After 10 years of teaching this class to countless peeps, I am moving forward into a new opportunity.

So, I hope you’ll join me in the online community I am creating. I’m excited to make it easier for everyone to participate – no matter where you may roam around the world and no matter what your work/social schedule demands of you. Soon, you’ll never have to miss the awesome energy our gathering always creates…our spiritual connection will be worldwide!!! And, you can access it all from the comfort of your own home. Qigong in your pj’s, anyone?

It’s going to be an amazing journey of a billion Baby Steps, and I look forward to learning and evolving and becoming along with all of you. More details will be available as I make this transition.
