Then read on...
You see, every year on my birthday in January, I consider this date to be my new year.

And, every year at this time, I begin a fun challenge and invite you to join me. Here is the challenge for ’25 using .25.
I’ve been encouraging you to adopt one teeny, tiny new habit (#Baby Steppin’) to make life better this year. So, now we’re focusing on how to make it stick.
Make the habit a habit.
Hopefully, this fun activity will help…
Get yourself a clean, empty jar. You can decorate it as you wish; if you wish.
Dig up some quarters or go to the bank (#like the good old days).
Keep the jar where you’ll see it every day.
By the end of every day, deposit one quarter into the jar once you’ve accomplished the Baby Step action you took for the day. Remember to relate it to your habit.
For example: If your new habit is to walk 5k steps each day, then you’d deposit a quarter either as soon as you completed that task or at the end of that day.
I say it. I do it. I finish it. Clink :)

The reason I’m doing this is…
Because it’s easy and fun.
Because it keeps me accountable.
Because it’s a visual reminder of my progress.
Because one awesome habit leads to another.
Because Baby Steps always make my life better.
Because I’ll be almost a hundred dollars richer this time next year!
I know what I’m saving up for. What will YOU spend this bonus money on?
Some helpful tips:
If you miss a day, give yourself some grace then get back on track as soon as you can.
Remember, you are rewarding yourself for your consistency and dedication to making your own life even better – which, in turn, will benefit everyone around you.
If you don’t want to use quarters or can’t stand the thought of waiting in line at the bank, draw a smiley face on each day of your calendar.
Start when you want and jump in where you are. The number of quarters in your jar is not the prize. Making a new, helpful habit a part of your daily life is.
Baby Steps. Baby Steps. Baby steps. In all we do :)
