BABY STEP

Carve out a moment to jot down these quick Baby Step reminders in your journal for those moments when mood swings pop up during Mercury Retrograde, or any other time of the year:

  • Take a deep breath before speaking to avoid saying something you’ll regret.

  • Take a moment to look at the big emotions you’re feeling. What are they trying to tell you? Ask:

    Do I need to make a change?

    Do I need to let something go?

    Do I need to learn to chill?

    Do I need a hug? (I’m sending one right now!)

  • Like MR season, this situation is only temporary.

  • Focus on what’s going well.

  • Make a gratitude list.

  • Use this MR super-charged energy to be more creative.

  • Remind yourself that you’ll be okay.

  • Give yourself a high five at the end of the day because you’re doing awesome :)

  • And, most importantly, remember that no matter what happens on the outside…

You are pure Love & Light on the inside and nothing can interfere with that!
