Welcome back to another full moon meditation. I am recording this video in November of 2023 during the full Beaver Moon. But, remember, this meditation is timeless and will be of benefit to you no matter what time of day, what time of year or during what phase of the moon you listen to it.
This particular moon falls at the end of the harvest season. Its presence reminds us to slow down and assess our accomplishments from the year. Its an opportunity to determine what’s been working for you so you can do more of that. And, to also take a closer look at what hasn’t been working to your advantage. Maybe you need to make a few small tweaks and maybe you need to completely begin again in a new way, with a new mindset. Hopefully, this meditation will guide you to that new mindset…one of abundance and contentment and confidence and fulfillment.
So, let’s begin as we always do in a comfortable position either seated or lying down. Even if you fall asleep, the powerful vibes and uplifting messages I’m sending will reach you no matter what. Set aside some time where you will not be interrupted or where your attention is not needed elsewhere. Make this a special time for you in your sacred space.
When you’re ready, take a slow deep breath in. As you let it out slowly, close your eyes and let everything else go for our short time together.
Another deep breath in. Hold it for a moment then let it out slowly as you bring yourself fully into the present moment.
One more really deep breath in then drop your shoulders down and relax into a slow, mindful exhale.
In your mind’s eye, I’d like you to find yourself in a beautiful space. You see yourself enter the room of a lovely hotel. You look around and see the soothing blue color of the walls. You notice the beautiful artwork. You see there is very little furniture and you also notice there is no TV or phone or anything else to distract you. You walk to the opposite side of the large room and pull open the satiny curtains to witness the most magnificent view you’ve ever seen. You slide open the glass door and step onto the patio. You take a seat in the comfortable chair and breathe in the fresh air.
You look around in every direction to see the beauty all around you. You take in the tall trees, the blue sky, the fluffy clouds and the rays of the sun peeking out from behind them. You lower your eyes to the beauty of the flowers in the garden. You catch their scent on a gentle breeze. The cool air caresses your skin and you feel at ease, you feel at home.
You close your eyes and allow yourself to connect to the pure energy of Mother Nature. You feel content just to vibe with her and embrace the power of this experience. As you continue to relax into the moment, you watch as the sun goes down, leaving a trail of magnificent colors in its wake…subtle shades of lavender, dark pinks and warm oranges. And when the last bit of light sinks into the horizon, you look to the opposite direction and witness the rising of the moon…the full Beaver moon. You turn your face to bask in its light. You feel the power of the moon pulling you forward to a future filled with possibilities. You feel empowered to manifest something magical into your life.
With a chill in the air, you decide to re-enter the hotel room. You head to the large comfortable bed. As you lay down, you sink into the mattress, and you feel so relaxed. As your mind drifts off to sleep, you remind yourself how fortunate you are to be able to take this time out from your busy life. To take a short pause to reflect on all that’s going well in your life. To take stock of all the blessings and the gifts and the experiences. You are thrilled to be alive at this moment in time and you are eager to make a positive contribution just by being yourself, by being the magnificent source of Love and Light that you are. You feel this essence of life flowing through your veins. You feel completely connected to the Universe and all that is part of it. You feel at one with all beings and yet you know you are unique and special and vital to the very fabric of life.
With this sense of connection and belonging and unconditional love, you feel yourself coming back to this moment. You feel a sense of commitment to live your life to the fullest and to enjoy the journey as well as the destination. You feel a sense of purpose and passion and fulfillment. And as you immerse yourself more and more into this feeling having magically manifested what you most desire, you begin to sense your surroundings.
You wiggle your fingers and your toes. You take a deep breath in and as you slowly exhale, you feel the surface beneath you. As you sit in your space with a smile on your face, you feel a renewed commitment to yourself. To treat yourself with kindness. To treat yourself with respect. To treat yourself with love. And, in doing so, you become the best version of yourself. Knowing this, you open your eyes and you are eager to begin this next adventure with confidence and clarity and connection.
May you remain healthy, happy, harmonious and whole. This is my wish for you.
