What’s new, pussycat? I’m glad you asked.

I’ve got lots of new and ongoing stuff in the works, but to get started, we’ll be kicking off September (next week) with:

• new DDD segment every Tuesday morning where we'll revamp the vocabulary we use when we talk to ourselves (If you're not already receiving these weekday messages, sign up for free HERE)

• new first-ever online events every Tuesday evening where we'll meet up as a community and learn new ways to deal with old issues so we can build an even better life

• new shop grand opening
